Always on the move, it’s no surprise to those who know Batamuliza Kamwesiga Habba Hadijah best that her career started in the Media/communication as a radio presenter and a TV host for seven (7 years) part-time to working full-time at an International NGO, to tele-communication with VAS (Mobile Value-Added Services) and progressed to aviation.
Particularly working with International Bridges to Justice (IBJ) as a program Coordinator gave her a sense of fulfillment where its main mission is to protect the basic legal rights of ordinary citizens by guaranteeing all citizens the right to competent legal representation and the right to a fair trial
At a senior Managerial level, she worked with Akagera Aviation since 2015, as a business Development Manager. Prior to that, she was with Starfish Mobile as an Executive Business Development and Marketing Manager. These combined experiences have developed her in core business knowhow in the areas of sales, Marketing, business development, finance and operations within aviation and tourism industry.
She has 10 years Proven experience in various sectors such as; developing, managing, engaging and shaping new and existing business opportunities for the company’s range of products and services leading to contract awards, lead cross- functional proposals and develop Win – Win strategies, price to Win, Risk Analysis/Mitigation plans and partnering strategies.
Her earlier career began on Radio as a Presenter/host and progressed to producing my own TV show called Career women which only Aired with one episode after which she was approached to join a Corporate position.
While with her corporate career journey with the skills she got from media she was privileged to be MC at one of the biggest Aviation Conference in Africa called Aviation Africa 2019 and other events in the Aviation Industry.
Naturally positive, optimistic and forward looking, she gravitates towards roles in competitive markets where her strong leadership, organizational and relationship building skills are needed to drive the business forward.
