Dr. Chiheb Dahmani

Chiheb studied Electrical Engineering and Information Technology in Munich, Germany where he also acquired his Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Engineering, before he joined Siemens Healthcare in 2010, within the international trainee curriculum for future managers.

Until 2013, Chiheb drove as a collaboration and project manager numerous research projects focused on advanced medical imaging with prominent institutes in Europe and Asia, including the University Hospitals of Frankfurt, Nuremberg, Leuven, Strasbourg, the Cardio-Thoracic Center of Monaco, the National University Hospital of Singapore, and others.

From 2013 to 2017, Chiheb headed the innovation and collaboration team for Advanced Therapies in Japan, and made major contributions to the R&D activities of Siemens Healthcare in the fields of radiological and surgical imaging, before he moved to Singapore, from where he spearheaded selected business development activities in the Asia Pacific Region.

Since 2020, Chiheb is back in Germany and driving Technology and Innovation activities at the Siemens Healthcare Headquarters.

Aside from his professional life, he actively engaged into social and academic development endeavors, especially in the frame of the Tunisian Academic Association in Germany, of which he was the president in 2008 and a member of the senate from 2009 to 2014.

Chiheb is married, the proud father of two children, and has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
